Located just off US-17, we’re an easy trip from Wilmington, Leland, Southport, Oak Island, Shallotte, and the Carolina coast stretching toward Myrtle Beach. Spend the afternoon at one of our beautiful beaches, explore a waterfront town, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, then join us beneath the pines for an evening of live music.

That’s the kind of place we’re building. Located on more than 300 acres of pine forests and ponds in the heart of Brunswick County, Cumberland Woods is an independently owned gathering place built by people who call southeastern North Carolina home. We’re investing in this community because we believe in its future and in creating a place where people can gather for generations to come. Every decision we make is guided by one simple question:
